Dr. Regina K. Huffman is a proud native New Yorker, though born in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She currently resides on Long Island, where she serves as the Chairperson of Science at the secondary school level. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Huffman has dedicated her life to educating children, families, and fellow educators across New York State.

A passionate advocate for teaching and learning, she finds joy in witnessing the “light bulb moment” when learners of any age grasp a new concept. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Huffman embraced her creative side and authored her first novel.

As a lifelong learner, she encourages others to dream big, set realistic goals, and work diligently to turn those dreams into reality. She believes that God places people in our lives during different seasons to help uncover the talents and gifts we may not yet recognize within ourselves. Those people should be embraced; your blessings come in all shapes, colors, and sizes.
